Project description

Located in the heart of Nantes, the Maison de l’Innovation stands as a landmark for sustainable urban development. As the largest timber-frame construction in Western France, the project reflects the city’s strong commitment to ecological design, circular thinking, and future-oriented architecture.

Alumet contributed anodized aluminium façade panels in AluOldCopper with a matte finish. The warm, copper-toned surface brings a natural depth to the building, subtly shifting with changing light, weather, and perspective. This dynamic character reinforces the architectural expression while maintaining a refined and timeless appearance.
