Warehouse & Storage

Warehouse & Storage

Our facility includes extensive warehouse and storage capacity, allowing panels to be stored safely between production stages or prior to delivery.

Capacity, control and continuity across your project timeline

Capacity, control and continuity across your project timeline

Our warehouse and storage facilities are designed to support large-scale anodizing projects with speed, control and flexibility. Recent investments in facility expansion have significantly increased our handling and storage capacity, allowing us to manage high volumes, large formats and extended project timelines without compromising quality or delivery reliability.

Expanded facility for increased capacity

Expanded facility for increased capacity

To support growing demand and larger architectural projects, Alumet has expanded its production and storage facilities by 3,000 m². This expansion increases operational efficiency, improves internal logistics and allows materials to move through the factory in a controlled and predictable way.

A dedicated truck unloading zone enables faster intake of incoming materials, reducing waiting times and minimizing handling risk at the start of the process.

Specialized storage and handling zones

A dedicated hall for system houses and large-format profiles enables tailored handling, optimized transport routes and reduced risk of surface damage.

  • General profiles

A separate hall for standard profiles improves throughput and allows parallel processing of different project types without interference.

  • Panels & folded panels

A large panel hall provides the space required for handling and storing flat and folded panels, supporting large façade projects and complex geometries.

Storage as part of the production process

Storage as part of the production process

Storage at Alumet is not treated as passive warehousing. Materials are stored in a controlled environment as an integrated part of the production flow, ensuring that surface quality is preserved before, during and after anodizing.

This approach allows projects to pause or phase without introducing additional handling risk or surface degradation.

Planning flexibility and delivery reliability

Planning flexibility and delivery reliability

The expanded warehouse enables Alumet to commit to delivery times of approximately two weeks, including mechanical pre-treatment, while maintaining flexibility for complex or phased projects.

For projects with extended timelines, long-term storage is available, allowing materials to remain safely stored until required for the next production or delivery phase.
