What will you do as Production Team Leader?

In this role, you will lead a team of around 16 employees in our production department. You are responsible for ensuring a smooth and safe process, focusing on:

Productivity – keeping the work flowing efficiently and with focus
Quality – because our clients expect nothing but top results
Safety – always the highest priority

Your scope is diverse and includes, but is not limited to:

Unpacking
Mounting
Unloading
Packaging
Grinding
Sheet production
Logistics & expedition

You are the main point of contact on the floor, managing operations, coordinating with other departments, and actively contributing to improvements. You act as the bridge between the production department and management, connecting day-to-day operations with strategic goals.

What do you bring to the table?

Completed MBO level 4 education or equivalent (HAVO/VWO with relevant courses/training – min. 3.5 years of study load)
Fluency in Dutch and English is essential. Additional language skills in Polish, Turkish, or Romanian are highly valued due to our diverse team.
Proven experience in production or logistics
Leadership and a team-first mindset: you know how to motivate people
A solution-oriented approach and technical insight
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Willing and able to work a 38-hour workweek
