The first phase of our digital transformation involved the successful migration of our ERP system from Microsoft NAVision to Business Central. This critical upgrade provides a robust foundation for our future digital initiatives, allowing us to manage resources more effectively, improve data accuracy, and streamline our workflow. With Business Central, we can better support our teams, optimize production schedules, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Phase 2: Real-Time Reporting - Starting January 2025📊 From January 1, 2025, we will be able to report production and measurement data immediately upon order and project completion, increasing our operational transparency and responsiveness. By providing immediate access to accurate data, we can make informed decisions more quickly, respond to client needs with greater agility, and maintain our commitment to delivering top-quality products. Real-time reporting ensures that we remain at the forefront of innovation, providing unparalleled service and reliability.
