Kelaty House
Kelaty House, nestled in Wembley Park near the football stadium, comprises five buildings, including a hotel and student accommodation, with Alumet anodizing over 6000 m2 of aluminum in AluNature for durability and aesthetics.

Project Description
Sitting in the Wembley Park regeneration area, within the immediate vicinity of Wembley Football Stadium Kelaty House comprises of in total 5 buildings varying in height between 4 and 13 storeys. A hotel of 300 beds and student accommodation of about 700 rooms are part of this. The buildings are situated around a communal courtyard. The perforated aluminium together at the communal courtyard side represent trees. Below the site there is a parking garage. The first students were welcomed in September 2021. In total Alumet anodized over 6000 m2 aluminium in AluNature.
