Project Description
Designed by Hugh Dutton Architects in collaboration with POHL, Taikoo Place introduces elevated walkways, polished ceilings and façades that create a sense of flow in a dense urban environment. POHL supplied the anodised aluminium surfaces and captured the project through their photography, showing how daylight shifts across the reflective metal.
Alumet contributed its E5 Polishing finish to achieve this visual depth. The process smooths aluminium to a mirror-like surface before anodising, giving it brilliance while ensuring long-term resistance to wear and weather. At Taikoo Place, this finish proves how material treatment can enhance both architectural expression and durability.
