Ten years ago, Alumet had the honor of contributing to the construction of the Philharmonie de Paris, a landmark of architectural brilliance designed by Jean Nouvel. This project presented unique challenges due to its intricate design and extensive use of anodized aluminum.

The building's breathtaking design includes spiraling aluminum forms surrounding the central concert hall, covered with elegantly-angled matte envelopes. A standout feature is the stunning bird mosaic, for which Alumet anodized 350,000 individual birds. The pattern consists of eight types of birds in four shades of grey, creating a lively and beautiful contrast against the building's sleek exterior.
